Hi, We might need a little information about your setup it seems. You've supplied the version of Firefox that you're running but can we ask what version of 1Password and the 1Password browser extension you're running please. I've just tried the stable version of 1Password for Mac v5.1 with the stable version of the extension 4.3 in Firefox 36.0.4 and I have the contextual menu option as I also did if I tried the betas (v5.3 and 4.4 accordingly).
It could be worth trying to uninstall, close down and then re-install the extension, see if that makes a difference. That's only if you're running 1Password 4/5 though, things are very different if it turns out you're running 1Password 3. Hi, Thanks for getting back to us with those version details. I've done some testing here, and I'm seeing the same thing you are.

The Firefox ESR is not displaying that 1Password item in the contextual menu consistently. The good news is that you will see the 1Password item if you click outside of the input fields. This is something that has been fixed in more recent versions of Firefox, so this little quirk only applies in the ESR version. I've reported this to our development team.
I can't provide any information on when the team will be able to look at this, so for the time being it's best to get into the habit of clicking outside of the input field so that you can access the 1Password menu item. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you here, but I hope this helps! Ref: OPX-891.
